Ask ten people what an "accurate" AI render means and you'll get ten different answers. Some mean photorealistic lighting. Some mean the render looks impressive to a client. Some mean it matches the drawing exactly, down to the window count and roof pitch. Only one of those definitions actually matters if you're using the render to communicate a real design.

Accuracy in AI rendering is not about how convincing an image looks. It's about how faithfully that image reflects the drawing it came from. A render can be gorgeous and still be wrong. It can show the wrong number of stories, invent a balcony that isn't in the plan, or soften a roofline that was actually meant to be sharp.
